DMV test; give me a fucking permit.
So in the state of New York, you need to be 16 to get your driver's permit. I am 15 right now, but I will be turning 16 in December. I am planning on taking my test ON my birthday because I just want to drive already. Wanna get the fuck out of here and get my ass to Florida. xD Anyways, I know I need my actual license before anything like that can happen, but ayy, baby steps! 
So I am planning on taking some practice tests and reading the book online starting tonight. Any suggestions?---dont even tell me to cheat! ;P Also, last night I couldnt find my iPod so I guess I have something to look for all day before I go all nut-so and do somthing drastic . So, dat's all folks.

I can drive, but I don't know the rules of that law. xD So I am just worried about the written part. Which, comes first, ugh.

I think he meant people know how to at 13, not they are aloud to get there license.
