Pot Is Bad
Using fake names to protect my friends and make this easier to read..
Not that pot itself is bad, but the situation it just caused is.
My friends wanted to hang out yesterday, but I couldn't because I had a football game for marching band (needless to say, I was incredibly annoyed about that). My friend John brought pot to my other friend, Alex's house. John and Alex's girlfriend, Mary, smoked it. Then I guess Mary got guilty and told her mom. Now Alex is a really good kid, one of the best people I know - he doesn't curse, he goes to church, he loves his girlfriend; all he did was not tell anyone about the pot. But he'll get in an insane amount of trouble if his parents find out.
Obviously, Mary's gonna be in a lot of trouble. I don't know what's going on with that, though, since I'm guessing her mom already took her phone. I do know that Mary and some of her friends are trying to convince Mary's mom not to tell anyone else, but I don't know how that's gonna go down. It'd be bad if John's ex-girlfriend's parents find out. His ex is one of my best friends, and my mom is pretty good friends with her mom. If she finds out, my mom finds out, and she won't let me hang out with John anymore for sure (and potentially Alex and Mary, too).
But it's really worst for John..his parents already know; they took his stash and he's not allowed to go to Alex's neighborhood anymore. And while he's not in that much trouble yet, he's already not going to be able to hang out with Alex or Mary anymore, and potentially not me if my mom finds out. And if my mom finds out, she'll tell John's only other close friend's mom, and he won't be able to hang out with him either. John's probably gonna lose all his friends, basically. And he'll be labeled a pothead - it's possible nobody's gonna want to be his friend. I'm thinking worst case scenario, but...I don't want to see that happen to him. I know he's a good person who just wanted to experiment with drugs. Is it so wrong for kids to do that? It's the only way to learn - but getting busted this young is just plain shitty.
Needless to say, I'm never smoking pot again...sorry, I just needed to get that off my chest.

My best friend (also hiding names to protect identity) who will be referred to as Eric, and my other friend Josh (not real name) both got busted on Eric's driveway for trespassing (house was getting foreclosed and Eric had to go back and get the last of his shit) and while the cops were in Eric's house, they found ONE friggin gram of weed. One. And Eric and Josh both got cuffed and arrested. Theyre 14.. this happened over the summer. Sucks.

Sorry to hear that guys. Shit goes down, and it sucks some times.
My friend (I'll call him Andrew for these purposes) is a pothead, and hes gone inasane lately. I can barely hang with him anymore.
